This is required because ID2T generated an incorrect statistics database before commit 42e3688c5c: Because the loop scanning through the pcap counted in steps of 10 packets, the last timestamp was chosen incorrectly for pcaps with a packet count not divisible by 10. This slightly altered the statistics, which seems to only affect DDoS.
This was not noticed during testing, because our test runs reused the pre-existing databases (I didn't expect that change to alter the content of the database, so I didn't update the database version number).
This fixes all DDoS hashes.
