#82 Fixed type of rng_seed in the Controller class

This fixes a small oversight regarding the type of rng_seed in the Controller class by converting the result of os.urandom() to int. The Python RNG is fine with accepting bytestrings, but for exporting to the label file we'll need the proper type.
