#61 The Big Refactoring

ATTENTION: Please merge pull request 60 first, if there are still any conflicts, which can't be resolved easily I will recreate this pull request.

Sorry for the mess.

This pull requests contains a large number of deep changes to ID2T in code and project structure. It cleans most of the mess produced during the development and marks further problems with TODOs and FIXMEs, which should be reviewed by the original developer or current maintainer of the corresponding code section.

The following steps were taken:

• refactor imports, white spaces, pip8 conventions and semantic
• refactor module names
• split Core code from ID2TLib
• add efficiency test script
• extend test script to run single tests as well
• fix smaller issues

Further refactoring steps to be taken:

• checking and fixing the unknown problems
• splitting some modules in multiple, if needed

This pull request does not close any issues, but provides a clean and unified code base for future development.
