#87 Enable parallel make

This slightly changes the buildscript to use make with parallel build jobs. The number of build jobs is equal to the number of logical CPUs present in the system. The speedup isn't particularly huge (dropped from 29.361 to 23.388 seconds on my main machine) but can be noticeable on machines with lower per-core performance, especially when using git bisect.
