#103 Add support for Ninja for faster builds

This adds support for the Ninja-backend of cmake. It is used instead of Make when the ninja binary is found on the system. Of course, if Ninja isn't found, Make is still used as a fallback. On my system, this reduces build times by another 21% compared to parallel Make.
