#123 The SMBScan attack cannot be performed in large PCAP files with many IP addresses

When using large PCAP files (>5GiB) with many IP addresses (>2 million), the SMBScan attack does not finish "Creating an attack instance".

Was fixed in commit d95bf8aeca.

At least mostly. More performance improvements should be possible. Not only for SMBScan but for ID2T as a whole.
