  1. In this chapter, we introduced the Hybrid \ac{OSN} prototype for Twitter. First, the objectives were set, then, the selection of the \ac{OSN} was discussed. The comprehensive API and the comparatively simple functionality led to a decision for Twitter. Afterwards, we examined various technologies for their suitability. \ac{IPFS} was used to store the data and GUN as a \ac{P2P} database. Also, we present a dashboard showing popular hashtags in the private network. Finally, the architecture of the application was documented, and mechanisms were introduced to protect the private data.
