+In this chapter, the concept for a hybrid \ac{OSN} was worked out. This includes an analysis of the interests of the stakeholders and their interests. In addition to the service provider and the users (divided into those who use a hybrid solution and conventional users), the stakeholders also include governments and the developers of the hybrid solution. There are some limitations to the implementation of the concept. These limitations have been stated and presented. Also, functional and non-functional requirements were defined and discussed. Finally, solution strategies for the architecture and the client application were mentioned and their advantages and disadvantages considered.
